Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects. What Will You Do?

As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will lead and develop our highly capable customer service team and will play a key role developing our operational standards to ensure customer service excellence. You will be the critical link in the relationship between our customers and the response of the business to address their needs. Your responsibilities will be to:

provide leadership and guidance to the Customer Service team
develop the Customer Service team’s objectives to align with the business and provide support where needed
assist to ensure efficient and effective processes and procedures are implemented and maintained
interact with the customer service and pricing teams to ensure the highest standards are achieved

We’re seeking an experienced customer-centric leader who is solution-focused with excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for coaching and developing the team. You’ll achieve best-practice customer-centric outcomes for our business and customers with the following

strong team management/supervision experience;
good team building, problem solving, interpersonal and management skills;
accuracy and high level of attention to detail;
computer competency with CRM systems such as SAP and excel
